Environment – House of Representatives Standing Committee on the Environment

·

Our principal Dr Leonie Kelleher gave evidence in Parliament House Canberra before the House of Representatives Standing Committee on the Environment presenting with Mr Greg McIntyre QC. A presentation was made in support of the Law Council of Australia’s submission to the ‘Inquiry into streamlining environmental regulation, ‘green tape’, and one stop shops’. On 19 June 2014, presentation on this extremely important issue, appeared to be well received and useful to the committee. We have uploaded the official recording of the entire Committee Hearing. It runs for over 1 hour but is well worth your time. See Below for audio. To read the Law Council of Australia’s submission CLICK HERE Dr Kelleher In Camera
