Following the Auditor-General’s criticism of Government approaches to Potentially Contaminated Land, a Ministerial Advisory Committee reported last year. DPCD responded in April 2013 and action items are now back with the various agencies responsible for administration (now DEPI, EPA & DTPLI). Landholders need to monitor developments.
