Legal Advice – Government Grants

·

Business Victoria recently announced the Small Business Specialist Advice Pathways Program, which allows Victorian small business owners to access legal advice from a qualified service provider, including lawyers.[1]

The program supports businesses that have adapted, pivoted or changed their core business activities in response to COVID-19 and offers eligible small businesses a $2,000 grant to cover the costs of legal advice to inform current and future business decisions.

Grant applications may be made until Friday 30 September 2022 or until government funds are exhausted. Kellehers is well placed to advise clients on strategic business decisions, particularly regarding property, building, water, planning and asset management along with related commercial matters.
