Samantha is a Senior Law Clerk
She will often be your first point of contact, either by email or telephone communication. She is responsible for day-to-day communication with clients and consultants and legal research.
In January 2020 Samantha completed a Masters in Law and Development at The University of Melbourne, undertaking subjects including Water Law, Planning Law and Climate Change Law.
She also holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Birmingham City University, UK (formerly University of Central England) so is a highly qualified and experienced paralegal.
She is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria’s Environmental Issues Committee.
Samantha enjoys travelling having backpacked through South America and Australia and spending time in the US, Europe, Africa and the Caribbean. She spent 9 months exploring outback Australia by tent and 4wd in 2016.
She is a keen runner, completing a number of events including the Great Ocean Road Half Marathon in May 2017 and Run Melbourne in 2019.
Samantha became a mother in May 2018, and has since returned to Kellehers Australia part-time.
Samantha joined the Kellehers Australia team in early 2016.
